Whether you join us for a hiking holiday or you’d prefer to just chill out on our lawn and top up on energy, there’s something here for all our guests. Our child-friendly farm offers kids a great deal of space to play and let off steam… there’s also a fantastic swimming pool nearby. Plus, our cats are always happy for a bit of fuss!

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The apartment will be ready at 12 a.m. on the day of arrival, on the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the apartment at 10 a.m. We need this time frame to clean the apartments for the arriving guests. Thanks for your understanding. In any late arrival after 6 p.m., we ask that you notify us by phone.

CONFIRMATION OF YOUR RESERVATION
Bookings are considered firm after receipt of the deposit payment of at least 30% of the full arrangement amount. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer:

CANCELLATION
Communication pursuant to Part III, Title III, Chapter I of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). There is no right of withdrawal pursuant to the Consumer Code - nevertheless we grant you the following conditions of withdrawal: up to 50 days from the date of arrival, the cancellation and modification of your reservation is free of charge. Up to 7 days from the date of arrival we charge 60% of the total cost, within the week before arrival we charge 80% of the total cost. In case of early departure, late arrival or total absence we charge 100%. Subject to changes and errors. To save costs, we advise you to protect yourself with a holiday cancellation insurance policy.

If you are coming through the Brennero/Brenner motorway, take the Bressanone/Brixen – Val Pusteria/Pustertal exit and follow the main road to Brunico/Bruneck – Val Pusteria/Pustertal. Continue towards Monguelfo/Welsberg – Dobbiaco/Toblach. When you reach the Welsberg West exit, turn left and follow the road in the direction of Val di Casies/Gsies – Tesido/Taisten. Take the next left fork "Tesido" and then immediately left again "Stegerhof".
Take the train to Fortezza/ Franzensfeste and change to the local train to Monguelfo/Welsberg. We will pick you up at the train station and bring you back to the train station on departure.
